TZ had imported from
Canada the complete set Train Wheel manufacturing
equipments, successful self designed and
manufactured again the second Chinese Entirely
Rolled Train Wheel Production Line with annual
capacity of 70,000pcs. |

According to Chinese
Standard TB/T2817, successful trial manufactured
velocity is 120km/h and 840 HDS low stress 'S'
shape wheel rib train wheel, and put in lot
production. |

According
to Chinese Standard TB/T2708, successful
trial manufactured velocity is 200Km/h and 915KKD
type entirely rolled train wheel, and put in lot
production. |
| D. |
Successful trial
manufactured Ø1250mm entity locomotive
wheel, at present time it is the domestic largest
diameter wheel. |

As per America AAR
M-107, Europe UIC812-3, Japan JISE5402, UK BS5892
etc. standard, may manufacture various railway
locomotive and wagon rolled wheel with diameter
less than (including)1300mm. |

May manufacture various
industrial steel wheel, include crane wheel,
pulley, traveling wheel, sluice-gate wheel, gear
blank, large flange etc. |

Wheel products have been
exported to America, France, Argentina, Indonesia,
Israel, Burma etc. |

2. Train Axle |

Advanced
manufacturing equipments were imported from
Austria, build up the heavy duty high speed
precise forged train axle production line, annual
capacity 80,000pcs 40# steel RD2 type
train axle. |

Have manufactured various
railway axles for more than 10 varieties, more
than 300,000pcs, some were exported to American
market. |

TZ is the National
Railway 50# steel train axle main manufacturing
base, had manufactured more than 100,000pcs. |

'Taizhong" brand RD2
type train axle had awarded the name "Shanxi
Province Famous Brand Product" and
"User Satisfied Product" |

possessed the train axle production line and wheel
production line, and also assembling the train
axle and wheel into wheel pair, this is presently
