Introduction of Excavator

1. Summary

Excavator is one of the leading products of TZ, it mainly consists of mine excavator, bucket wheel excavator, drag line, hydraulic excavator, ship grab dredger, etc. More than 960 sets different type excavators at present time have been designed and manufactured. These products can be found everywhere in China and they have also been exported to other countries such as Albania and Pakistan etc., widely applied in numerous newly domestic built and open-air construction such as metallurgy, coal mines, hydropower station sites, water conservancy projects, construction materials and petrochemical industry etc.

The product series of mine-use excavator manufactured  include 4-23m³  excavators. The 10m³ excavator developed by TZ had won the Ministry Special Prize of Science & Technology Progress and National Best Quality Product Gold Prize. The 2300XP excavator manufactured in cooperation with USA owned the world current advanced level and filled a blank for the heavy-duty excavator in our country.

TZ had manufactured and sold various types of Excavator for more than 960 sets:

• WB-4/40 Dragline                    18 sets

• Long-boom Excavator            8 sets

• 16m³  Excavator                      6sets

• 23m³ Excavator                       7sets

3.  Cooperative Manufacturing

• H121 Hydraulic Excavator cooperated with DEMAG Co., Germany

• 3100m³/h Compact Bucket Wheel Excavator Complete Set cooperated with Krupp Co., Germany

• 2300XP and 2800XPB Mine-use Excavator cooperated with P&H Co., USA

• Bucket volume 20m³  large Dragline  cooperated with USA, boom length 100m

4.  Manufacturing Capacity

TZ has an annual production of 16-23m³ Excavator 2sets, 10m³ Excavator 4-5sets, 4m³ Excavator 35-40sets, Excavator spare parts  5150t, wear-resistance steel castings  about 5000t

5.  Market Possession

TZ has a market possession of:
         4m³ Excavator  90% 
         10m³ Excavator  80%
         16m³ and larger Excavator  40% 

6.  Others

10m³ Excavator WK-10B had awarded the National Best Quality Product Gold Prize, and exported to Pakistan 4 sets
